Spring cleaning

On this first weekend of spring, our community turned out in a major way to clean up Needham Park!

Longtime Friends and many new faces came by the park to pick up trash and remove privet on the overgrown (western) side of the creek flowing through the property. Volunteers also cut back invasive ivy on more than 20 trees in the park, saving the life of its oldest treasures and ensuring that Needham Park will remain a healthy natural habitat.

Now the park’s natural beauty is more accessible than ever, and there’s so much more for the community to enjoy!

A huge thanks to Corinth Baptist Church for supporting our cleanup efforts, as always!
Now more of our park can be enjoyed by the community!
