The Friends held a Needham Park cleanup and community picnic to celebrate Earth Day 2023!

The Friends are pursuing a grant from Park Pride for replacing Needham's existing, unsafe bridge.

The Friends are joining Market 909 and Corinth Baptist Church to co-host the "Scottdale Shindig" on July 23, 2022!
A community celebration!
The Friends hosted a picnic in Needham Park to celebrate installation of the park's first bench and picnic table!
Big things are happening in our little park!
Using our Small Change Grant from Park Pride, and with the help of DeKalb County, we were able to build out new flower beds and install the park's first picnic table and garbage can!
Back into the swing of things!
After an understandably-slow 2020 and early 2021, the Friends are gearing up for an exciting summer at Needham Park!
